Data Destruction

When you put a file in the trash and then empty the trash bin on your computer,
that file still exists on your hard drive in it's raw data form (ones and zeros) and can be recovered and reconstructed.
I can over-write ALL of the 1's and 0's on your hard drive to be all zeroes and UNABLE to be restored!
