About
I was born on a cold Iowa morning in March of 1970. I grew up in the rural Marion area and as a result inherited all of the stereotypical qualities of that lifestyle: common sense, willingness to work hard, and the humbling relationship with the Lord that comes with growing up surrounded by His amazing natural Earth - the plants, the critters, the harsh yet beautiful seasons. My Grandmom and my beloved friend and mentor Laurence Dove gifted me with their wisdom and taught me the key values of honesty, integrity, saying what you mean and actually doing the things you say you will, actually CARING about people, so much more, so many blessings. If you get to know me, you will NOT escape me sharing their wise sayings ("like my Grandmom used to say..."). My first computer was a Kaypro II (I'll put pictures below to save you web searching for them), High School in the 80's I was exposed to the Apple IIe, in 1999 I ran a Mobile Entertainment Service with 4 rigs and 8 parttime employees for 15 years, I've spent years as a Bench Tech and even worked on Apple's Remote Support Team for a while (they actually recorded some of my interactions with clients to use as training models), and in the aughts (2000s) attended a local community college for my Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems (where I got all of my HTML, PHP, css, and coding *yuck* education) with certificates in Cisco Networking and Windows Infrastructure (think servers, Active Directory, Endpoint, etc.).
I believe in five core tenets that are key to ANY healthy relationship - you can count 'em on one hand, so they're easy to remember:
1. Openness - being open to new ideas, opinions, and experiences
2. Honesty - to myself, and to others, at all costs. I will always treasure honesty and truth even if they may sometimes sting
3. Being Genuine - being completely, fully, truly yourself in all that it is, and all that it may not be
4. Being Sincere - with a fully opened heart and completely present in the actions you do and the words you speak
5. Reciprocate - this is a super healthy one. Reciprocate the blessings that people offer you in life, and if they do not bless you, remember that they teach you how to treat them
I currently live on our much treasured 6 acre Handley Ranch in the wonderful Pleasant Hill Community of Hemingway, South Carolina with my beautiful wife Emmy, 4 adult Rottweilers (Emmy breeds them), Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats, roughly 60 head of chickens, a few of bee hives, a small grove of fruit trees and a vegetable garden where I thank God on my knees for all of these blessings and hope to have an opportunity to serve YOU as well.
I would love to help you capture, control, and build your online presence, improve your reach and unify your messaging to your existing customers while attracting NEW ones and watch your business grow. And if you just need to upgrade your OS or unlock a computer that you forgot the password to, give me a holler. I'd love to serve you!
