Born and raised in rural Iowa, I bring a strong work ethic, practical mindset, and values rooted in honesty, integrity, and genuine care for people—shaped by lifelong mentors and experience. My background spans decades in technology, from early systems like the Kaypro II to running a successful mobile entertainment business and working in technical support, including with Apple’s remote team. I hold an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems with certifications in Cisco Networking and Windows Infrastructure, along with experience in servers, Active Directory, and web development.

 

 

I believe in five core tenets that are key to ANY healthy relationship - you can count 'em on one hand, so they're easy to remember:

1. Openness - being open to new ideas, opinions, and experiences
2. Honesty - to myself, and to others, at all costs. I will always treasure honesty and truth even if they may sometimes sting
3. Being Genuine - being completely, fully, truly yourself in all that it is, and all that it may not be
4. Being Sincere - with a fully opened heart and completely present in the actions you do and the words you speak
5. Reciprocate - this is a super healthy one. Reciprocate the blessings that people offer you in life, and if they do not bless you, remember that they teach you how to treat them
